If you have the following characteristics:

• Are a small UK based business
• Have up-to-date books done by either yourself or a bookkeeper
• If you are a company:
  • You are not part of a group
  • You are owner-managed
• You are not a regulated industry (such as financial services or solicitors)
• Your personal tax affairs are not complex, including but not limited to
  • You are UK resident, ordinary resident and domicile
  • You are not a property developer or investor
  • You do not have income from trusts, patents or royalties
• You are an honest and upstanding citizen who has not been disqualified as a director, or been connected in any way with fraud, dishonesty, theft, money laundering, wrongful trading or tax evasion
